Looking to pick up more than a few buckets of TrowelPave Asphalt SpeedSet? We offer pallet quantities for large asphalt repair jobs where a new hot mix is too expensive or doesn't make sense for the repair.  Maybe you're a contractor who has found that the TrowelPave works a lot better than other solutions and having stock on hand makes sense.  Whatever the reason, getting a bulk pallet will save money in the long run over buying our single pails.

The bulk offering of the Asphalt SpeedSet is a little different than what you get with the single bucket kit.  Instead of individually packaged binders, the binder is shipped bulk as 16 gallons.  The idea is that you'll use bulk pallets with a concrete/aggregate mixer and mix several buckets at the same time.  This makes the bulk offering a much better deal for the larger projects where a dedicated mixer is going to make the job a lot easier than mixing each individual bucket.  For asphalt repair contractors, you can either rent mixers or we recommend picking one up to own.  For example, we've got contractors who love the bulk TrowelPave for asphalt repair because they no longer have to dedicate time to picking up hot-mix and dealing with left-over.  Having the TrowelPave bulk on hand, they can roll up to the site with everything they need, mix exactly what the job calls for and head onto the next project.  Driveway and parking lot asphalt repairs have never been easier and more permanent with a cold-mix product than with the TechniSoil TrowelPave product.

Our TrowelPave lives up to its name because it can be troweled to a smooth finish using a basic concrete hand trowel and feathered into the existing pavement surface which minimizes the repair effects, or it can be tamped into potholes or birdbaths and used to level the asphalt for smooth transitions.  Since the TrowelPave is an epoxy asphalt based product, it will adhere to the existing pavement without a problem so you don't have to worry about it coming back out like you do other products.

What's in the 2-part system?  Part 1 = Aggregate, Part 2 = Binder.  When the aggregate and binder mix together and the binder is exposed to ambient air temp and ambient moisture, it hardens, creating a much stronger bond than traditional cold patches.

It is recommended to apply a tack coat to the patch area prior to installing TrowelPave for maximum adhesion and covering it with a quality asphalt sealer once it has cured for enhanced durability.
