Asphalt Sealcoating Direct is a subsidiary of M&M Distribution LLC, designed specifically to bring quality sealcoating equipment and materials to homeowners, small businesses and start-up sealcoaters. Here on Asphalt Sealcoating Direct, we sell driveway and parking lot preventative maintenance and repair equipment such as crack filling melters and equipment, sealcoating and crackfilling supplies, sealcoating sprayers, tanks and pavement striping supplies and equipment. We represent several high quality manufactures and are always looking for new resources of equipment and suppliers and better ways to serve you while keeping your cost low!

Carl Morris - Sales
Carl Morris is the President and CEO of Asphalt Sealcoating Direct and our chief salesman. With his deep roots to sealcoating business for over 30+ years, Carl is the go-to guy for the major questions about sealcoating and the best products to use for your budget.
Brief History
Carl Morris started an asphalt equipment manufacturing company called Keizer/Morris more than thirty years ago in his garage where he and his partner built asphalt hot boxes and infrared pavement heaters. They worked their way up to selling their equipment at trade shows which eventually created a network of wholesale distributors who sold Keizer/Morris products. In 2005, Carl sold Keizer/Morris and took it easy for the next four years. In 2009, Carl came on board with Asphalt Sealcoating Direct and he is now the President and an owner in M&M Distribution LLC which oversees Asphalt Sealcoating Direct.Com along with several other on-line subsidiaries.
Accomplishments
During his tenure at Keizer Morris, Carl created a business that spanned fourteen countries and created patents on infrared patchers that several companies continue to produce today. Carl even invented and built an affordable Asphalt Heat Lance that out performs most of the heat lances on the market.
Personal Side
Carl loves working with his hands and making things out of wood. Over the years, he's collected a variety of wood working tools to help him in his hobby and I tell you what, he can make some of the most beautiful one-off pieces of furniture made from solid wood. When Carl isn't in the woodshed, he's enjoying time with his wife and grandkids.
Brad Morris - Product & Customer Support
Brad is owner and COO, product support specialist and customer care representative (the man with many hats). If you have a technical question about a product, Brad is the guy to talk to whether it's repairing a pump or learning how a piece of machinery works, Brad can walk you through it. He is also our main liaison for product sourcing and making sure our manufacturers and suppliers are doing their part to build quality products at affordable prices. Outside of the day-to-day operations, Brad is the one who continually looks for additional opportunities to grow the business while maintaining efficiency with what we have.
Brief History
Brads background is ownership of conventional businesses through out the years that have employed a variety of people. One particular business venture he owned was a wholesale distribution company that spanned across several states.
Accomplishments
In 2002, Brad became frustrated with the conventional aspect of the wholesale distribution business he had built and began to look toward internet based business models and decided to make a big change in how he ran his business. Over the next five years, he researched, studied and examined a wide variety of methods for a retail business that primarily dealt with online sales. In 2007, he launched Asphalt Sealcoating Direct and hasn't looked back.
Personal Side
One word: "Fishing" Brad loves going fishing any chance he can get. When he isn't on the water searching for the "big one", he's either at home with the wife or spending quality time with his grandchildren.
Phil Ward - Website & Marketing
Phil oversees all of the online aspects of the company along with marketing and ultimately branding. Phil's knowledge is unsurpassed in the world of online ecommerce and branding. As owner and CIO, he oversees the day-to-day operations and long term investments in the technology side of the business.
Brief History
Before coming onboard with M&M Distribution officially in 2010, he worked closely with Brad back in 2007 to get Asphalt Sealcoating Direct off the ground and has played an integral part in its success. Phil began his technology ventures in the late 90's still today, runs a small but successful computer business on the side.
Personal Side
When Phil isn't keeping up with technology, he enjoys spending time with his wife, friends and family. When he needs a break, he loves hopping on his motorcycle and taking a ride around town.
Carol Morris - Sales & Orders
If you've ever ordered anything from us (or you're going to order), your order will have passed through the hands of Carol. She is fantastic at collecting all of the orders that come through the business and logistically making sure you get what you ordered. As the wife of Carl and also owner, she is also directly in touch with the sales side of the business and will be more than happy to take any sales orders over the phone. She is second in-line for our sales department and if you know what you want but just need to order, Carol is the best person to talk to.
Brief History
When Carl owned Keiser Morris, Carol helped with a variety of day-to-day tasks when she wasn't busy raising two obnoxious boys. Her subtle involvement with Carls' business ventures over the years helped prepare her for the role she has today which is making sure the business runs like clockwork.
Personal Side
In her off time, Carol loves giving a helping hand at her church which is her first priority when the grandkids aren't around. However, if the grandkids are available, Carol spends every waking moment to make sure they are the most spoiled grandkids on the face of the planet.
Tiffany Ward - Financials
Meet Tiffany Ward, our newest team member at M & M Distribution. With a solid academic background including a BA and MBA, Tiffany brings a wealth of financial expertise to our organization. Her primary focus is on optimizing costs and ensuring competitive pricing strategies that benefit our customers. Brief History
Tiffany's journey in finance began with a pivotal moment during the economic upheaval of 2008, which profoundly influenced her career path. Over the past 15 years, she has honed her skills in accounting, finance, investments, and business management through various roles.
Personal Side
Beyond her professional achievements, Tiffany enjoys a rich personal life. When she's not crunching numbers at her computer, you'll likely find her engrossed in an audiobook while knitting. She actively participates in two local knitting groups, meeting monthly to share her passion with fellow enthusiasts.
Family is central to Tiffany's life. She cherishes moments spent with her husband, mother, and her beloved pets—a dog and two cats—who bring joy and companionship to her days.
