Titan introduced the RX-80 to replace the outdated LX-80 model. Rated at a whopping 3600 PSI, the RX-80 has also re-designed the filter system to use an unthreaded filter which makes cleaning and replacing the filter that much easier. In our opinion though, the biggest and best design change is an easier and longer-lasting packing kit.

The Titan RX-80 paint spray gun comes standard on the Titan PowrLiner 2850 and the Titan PowrLiner 3500, but it is also a fantastic replacement gun for the lower duty PowrLiner 550 and PowrLiner 850 line striping machines. In fact, we highly recommend that you ditch the lower quality LX-40 that comes standard on those units in favor of the re-packable RX-80.

The Titan RX-80 is one of the most popular line striping guns that Titan sells. It is a great all-around spray gun that has a fantastic price point, but it is also a workhorse that you can easily repair and lengthen your investment in the spray gun.

While the RX-80 is sold with either a 2 finger trigger or 4 finger trigger model. We only sell the 2 finger trigger model which is recommended and used with all of the Titan PowrLiner line stripers unless you use the Titan S-3 spray gun which currently only comes as a 4 finger. Tip Options

The RX-80 we sell, will arrive with the Red TR1 tip which is great for stencils but not a good tip for line striping.

If you need White TR1 line striping tips, head over and check out the 3 pack of White TR1 tips or simply add them as an accessory when you buy the RX-80.
