Using an asphalt crack sealer with a professional asphalt crack machine to properly fill cracks in pavement prior to applying new sealcoating is easily the most important aspect of proper asphalt maintenance. The RynoWorx 10 Gallon Econo asphalt crack machine is designed for single-operator use, weighs only 135 lbs, and pushes easily on a solid surface because it sits on three solid steel wheels. The front wheel to our crack machine is a swivel wheel with upper and lower bearings with lube points allowing for random asphalt crack filling (See the video). Despite its name being an "Economy" crack melter, the RY10-MA is still a solid unit. It isn't built with quite as much care as our BIG A 10 Gallon crack machine, but it is still a great choice for contractors or budget-minded individuals. It gets the job done without a hassle and it has been one of our most popular units by far.
The RynoWorx RY10-MA-V3 asphalt crack machine utilizes the new and improved RynoValve design allowing the operator to control the flow of hot pour rubber asphalt crack sealer by simply adjusting the hand-operated pull rod. It also has removable handles making it easy to store when space is limited.
One man using our asphalt crack sealer can fill up to 400 Lineal feet of pavement crack up to 1/2" wide and 1" deep per hour and 3200 ft per day when used in conjunction with our 30-gallon stationary melter. This is one of the biggest reasons professionals prefer to use our asphalt crack machine as it eliminates the need for bulky equipment, squeegees, and extra manpower.
This asphalt crack machine is built tough with 14 gauge steel and 1/4" thick steel wheels. It incorporates an "In-shot Burner" design allowing you to easily store it and use it to flash heat your valve in colder weather.
This system comes complete with an LP regulator, 4' hose, and thermometer, all you will need is hot pour rubber (direct fire) asphalt sealer and a 20 LB bottle of propane and you're ready to fill cracks.
