ASE offers the ThermoMark Kettle Trailer for serious thermomarking line striping professionals and municipalities managing their own striping work. They are fantastic trailer units that can handle anywhere from a single 1000 lb material kettle up to two 2000 lb material kettles, giving you a great range of material capacity and constant usage. These specialty trailers are designed specifically for storing and transporting your equipment, keeping it safe and organized so the equipment is easy to load and unload at job sites. Contracted striping professionals often use specialty equipment trailers to keep equipment stored safely while in transit.

The ASE ThermoMark Trailers are a great fit for crews that need a portable Thermoplastic Melting Kettle without the high cost of a custom rig setup. Since everything is built around a portable trailer, you don't have to worry about putting mileage on a specialized rig, saving a ton of money over the long haul.
These trailers come standard with a liftgate for moving your thermoplastic line stripers from the trailer to the ground and back up to the trailer, saving yet another cost and headache with having a dedicated trailer that is just for transporting the thermoplastic and line removal units. In addition, the trailer is big enough to handle multiple thermoplastic striping machines along with line removal units, giving you even more flexibility while on the job.
You'll be able to choose between the Propane Air-Jacketed kettle version or you can choose the Diesel version that supports either Air-Jacketed or Oil Jacketed kettles.
