Description
Are you planning on building your own sealcoating tank with agitation? This 1" kit is for you!
We've used this style of bearing for well over a decade on our BIGA sealcoating tanks and haven't had any problems with them outside of the normal wear-and-tear. Keep in mind, the OD of the shaft pipe or rod can not exceed 1" and we actually recommend using a shaft that is slightly smaller for easier fitment. If you need larger than 1 inch, you might want to look at the 1-1/4" flange bearing instead.
The F-2XX series flange bearings are designed to rotate within their housing which gives you some lee-way on positioning the shaft and bearings on each end. For obvious reasons, we recommend that they are installed as straight and level as possible, but in case you're a little off, these bearings will give you a small amount of forgiveness if things aren't perfect.
What you'll get with this bearing kit
- 2 x 1" F205 flange bearing
- 2 x 1" Rubber gasket
- 2 x 1" Mounting bracket
Note: Brand of manufacture may vary.
Optional Hardware
Hardware is not included however, you can add the bolts, washers, and nuts as an option before you add-to-cart.
If you choose to add the hardware, keep in mind it will accommodate tank thickness up-to 1/4" (3 gauge). If you are using additional brackets or have a thickness beyond 1/4", we recommend sourcing your own hardware to ensure proper fitment.
