Airport The BIG A SteelSkidHYD300 is a fantastic storage tank for small volume sealcoating projects. Whether you need storage at the shop or prefer sealcoating with a squeegee, this tank is great for projects where storage is necessary but space is limited.
Made from 11 gauge steel, we build this 300 gallon powered storage tank on a full steel skid allowing easy placement on the ground, pedistal or trailer. Our skid design offers excellent anti-tip protection and allows for easy bolt mounting to your trailer or platform.
A 5.5HP industrial Honda GX Engine powers the hydraulic system which comes standard with our "Full Sweep" rubber wiper paddle design to offer maximum sealer mixing.
The 22" double manway allows for easy access to the interior of the tank for filling, service, and cleaning, and it has a built-in splash lid with expanded metal guard for added protection.
The BIG A SteelSkidHYD300 offers you three agitation settings: Forward, Neutral and Reverse which are easily operated from the control panel mounted on the machine. We include an extra large oil tank and our adjustable Pressure Compensator allowing the user to adjust the torque of the agitation drive system.
When storage is needed, having a powered agitation storage tank provides an excellent value for your sealcoating business and these tanks can be retro-fitted with the necessary plumbing and equipment to easily turn it into a full blown spray system.
As an upgrade option, we also offer a transfer pump for pumping sealer out of the tank and transfer hoses that can be hooked to a transfer pump or used as-is for gravity fed needs.
Built with aggregate in mind, this system is fully compatible with sand and sealer aggregates, giving you a wide variety of options for materials you can use.
