Are you just starting out or upgrading from your smaller tank? The Sealmate 700-gallon sealcoating trailer is by far one of the most popular sizes in the industry for startups and smaller professionals looking to expand.
The Sealmate 700 Gallon is a professional sealcoating trailer sprayer that is easy to use, reliably built, and will last you for years.
Designed by professional sealcoaters, for sealcoaters, this unit utilizes a piston-style pump that is a step up from the more traditional and less expensive air-operated dual-diaphragm pumps.
If you've never used a piston-style sealcoating sprayer before, you're missing out. Piston pumps have their quirks at times, but unlike the AODD pumps, you don't have to try and figure out what exactly isn't working. Is the pump clogged? Are the diaphragms shot? Is the compressor full of water? Nope, with piston pump spray systems, you don't need to worry about an air compressor that has to constantly build pressure and all of the headaches that go with troubleshooting the air and pump system.
So what about maintenance? We recommend that you go ahead and rebuild the pump around 200,000 gallons of pumped material. With the cost of a Leathers Seal Kit priced around $200 plus labor, this makes the cost of ownership of a piston pump pretty low (provided you don’t need other pump parts). If you keep the top of the pistons lightly oiled, these things will last a long time and work consistently during your time of ownership.
We've heard a lot of guys say "The air pumps work good enough for me...". Then they try the piston pumps and change their tune to "I'll never go back to the air pumps!".
The Sealmate 700 sealcoating trailer is powered by a single 440cc 4-Stroke DuroMax engine that powers both the agitation and 50 GPM piston pump. In other words, you can run that wide-open 80/100 tip you love, all day long and you'll never lose pressure. You can easily run two wands @ 80/100 with this pump and even get away with three if you really needed to. (we only offer a 2 wand add-on option though)
Since these use hydraulic agitation power, it produces a lot more torque to evenly mix the heavier sand loads which will give you a lot of control of your spray wand.
You'll get a 30-gallon water tank for freshwater storage which includes an electric pump for pumping water from it. Use it to wash tools, your hands or add water to your sealer, and with a full 30 gallons, you can rest assured you'll have plenty of water on the job site.
The trailer itself is designed with a front deck for storing or transporting equipment. Add a toolbox to the front or maybe you want to have a stationary melter upfront. Include the optional 30in or 36in x 5ft ramp and use it for hauling your push-melters or blowers on the 5ft x 4ft deck.
When it comes time to get the job done, you'll have 75 feet of spray hose with an included wand. Add the optional retractable hose reel or second spray wand and make things even easier and faster.
