The Fastmelt 777 Thermoplastic Melting Kettle by ASE is a portable skid mount Thermoplastic Melting System that allows you to easily pre-heat up to 777 lbs of thermoplastic marking material and is designed to be used with the ThermoMark 250 and 300  Handliners. This all-in-one melting system will increase your productivity by allowing you to increase profits. Installing this pre-melter in the back of any standard pickup or work trailer allows for portable re-filling and easy transporting. Its propane Ransome burner easily heats and maintains optimal application temperatures needed for melting material even in cold temperatures, and the Chromalox gas control is conveniently mounted in a dirt and weatherproof sealed box protecting the interior ignition components.
