Sourcewell

If you're purchasing for a government entity such as public and private K-12 schools, colleges, and universities, or nonprofit organizations, you probably qualify for the Sourcewell contract on select equipment we offer.

There is no cost, no obligation, and no liability.

Businesses, private consumers, and for-profit organizations are not eligible.

What is Sourcewell? Sourcewell's purpose is to create a bid-less or no-bid contract on products and equipment so you don't have to submit bids to buy equipment or material.

What are contracts? Sourcewell contracts are awarded to businesses that can offer and guarantee the price of a product to be below MSRP and below most of the competition. The contract is supposed to be the lowest price when compared to similar products, so you don't have to spend time looking for the lowest price.  Not only does it save money, it saves time.

Who is eligible for contracts?
Including but not limited to:

  • School Districts (including K-12, Charter schools, and Private K-12)
  • Higher Education (including Universities, Community Colleges, Private Colleges, and Technical / Vocational Schools)
  • Cities, Counties, and any Local Government
  • State Agencies
  • Church/Religious
  • Nonprofit Corporations
  • Federal

I'm already a member of Sourcewell, so now what? If you're already a member of Sourcewell, simply give us a ring and let us know you want details on the contract for the product you're interested in and we'll take it from there. The pricing we offer on the website will be different than the one offered on the contract and we can only give that information over the phone: +1(800) 689-2098. Keep in mind that shipping will be added to the contract price but don't worry, we'll make sure to get an accurate quote for you.

I'm not a member yet, where do I sign up? If you aren't a member yet, signing up is free and easy and gives you access to a lot of vendors with awarded contracts and the best prices for those products. No more sending bids out and then getting it approved by the board.  Instead, you let the board know a product has a qualified contract and you simply put it on order.
